This policy applies to purchases from Lighthouse Voyages LLC. Your signed service agreement, if you have one, governs if any term here conflicts with it.
AI Operations Team is a done-for-you build of your own AI workforce, not a chatbot or a course. We build, deploy, and host your AI Agent and AI employees for your business. Your build begins when your payment clears.
Your one-time build fee is covered by a 60-day money-back guarantee, counted from the date your build launches. If your build does not work for you after a genuine effort, we refund 110% of your one-time build fee.
Email support@joinbecomemore.com within the 60-day period with your order email and a short description of the issue. We confirm receipt within 2 business days and send a decision within 10 business days.
The original fee is returned to your original payment method. The additional 10% is paid to you separately. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to post a refund. If you financed your purchase, your refund is processed through the financing provider under its terms.
Your monthly plan keeps your AI workforce hosted, updated, and supported after your build. Essential is $297 per month and Pro is $497 per month.
Your plan is billed monthly in advance, starting on day 30 after your build launches, and renews automatically on the same date each month until you cancel. We give you at least 30 days written notice before any price change.
Cancel before your next billing date by emailing support@joinbecomemore.com. There is no cancellation fee. Future charges stop, and your access continues through the end of the month you have paid for.
Hosting, support, and (on Pro) your calls and optimization pass are reserved for you from the start of each month, so we do not refund or prorate a billing period that has already started. Pro calls and optimization passes reset each period and do not roll over. If we cancel or miss a scheduled call, we reschedule it within the same period.
Billing errors: duplicate charges, or charges made after a confirmed cancellation, are refunded in full within 10 business days.
Service failure: if we fail to deliver your included services for a significant part of a billing period, contact us within 7 days of the period's end and we will review a credit or refund.
You can switch between Essential and Pro at your next renewal. If a payment fails we notify you and retry. If it stays unpaid after 7 days, your hosting is paused and your AI workforce goes offline.
Digital products, including mini trainings, walkthrough videos, and templates, are delivered automatically after purchase by email and by text message. You receive full access immediately, so all sales are final once access is delivered.
If you do not receive your access within 15 minutes of purchase, check your spam folder and text messages, then contact us and we will resend it. If the files do not work or cannot be delivered, we will fix the problem or refund the purchase.
Please contact us before filing a chargeback so we can resolve your request quickly.
