By accessing lighthousevoyages.com, registering for our events, or purchasing our products/services, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Services.
The Services are provided by Lighthouse Voyages LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.
You must be 18+ and able to form a binding contract.
We provide business education, trainings/webinars, and done-for-you services including placement and management of vetted overseas employees and implementation of AI agents/automations. Specific deliverables, fees, and terms for paid engagements are set out in a separate agreement or order at checkout.
Our content and case studies are for educational and illustrative purposes. We do not guarantee any specific income, savings, or business results. Examples (including any payroll-savings figures) are illustrative and depend on many factors, including your own effort, market, and execution.
Fees, billing terms, and any refund policy are disclosed at the point of purchase or in your service agreement.
All content, materials, and marks on the Services are owned by Lighthouse Voyages LLC or our licensors and may not be copied, resold, or redistributed without permission.
You agree not to misuse the Services, infringe others’ rights, or violate law.
We use third-party platforms (CRM, payment, hosting, advertising); their terms apply to their portions of the Services.
The Services are provided “as is” without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lighthouse Voyages LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You agree to indemnify Lighthouse Voyages LLC against claims arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
We may update these Terms; the “Effective date” shows the latest version.
